Several questions about sewing a garment with medium weight wool suiting?

I want to make a garment with a medium weight wool flannel suiting fabric. First, do I have to finish the seams or will wool not unravel? Second, if I am lining the garment with fleece, what type of seem do I use? Will fleece unravel?
