What do vet techs do?

Im looking into going to school to be a vet tech but i don't know if its right for me. But what do vet techs everyday? Im worried that i won't be able to handle the blood and stuff like that. I have animals so I can give shots and take care of cuts but i don't know how much more I could stomach.
