This about Florida judge in Obama healthcare issue?

There is only one real part of the health care law that they CONCEIVABLY but are very UNLIKELY to strike down: the Individual Mandate to buy health insurance. It is very difficult to understand this clause as unconstitutional because of current understandings of economic decision making as well as similar individual mandates in areas like car insurance that many states currently require with full protection under the law and full approval by our legal system. Almost everything else will most certainly stand. Also, Obama has appointed very few judges. There are MANY federal judge vacancies due to politics on the part of the Republicans. Obama, admittedly, has appointed two Supreme Court Justices; however, that is the same number appointed by every president going back to Bush 41. Regan appointed three justices. Ford appointed one, and Nixon appointed a whopping four justices to the Supreme Court.
