What am I missing for these gmod trains?

I recently downloaded two adv dupe files on gmod, one, train_fret, a "diesel" train, the other, train_incentive, an "electric" train. Upon attempt to spawn these, I received these error signs: Deserialise_ERROR:Pattern failed to load file.
