Is there a way to cirvent the administrators settings?

I haeve a company job and the current settings won't allow me to access certain sites. i.e. blocked, contacted the site administrator. I was wondering how if there is a possible way to get around this? I have a scrabble game that needed reinstalling and I can't access their website and reload the game. Any suggestions?
