How does anyone deal with antisocial behaviour in their area? like hoodies? hoodies riding motorbikes?

yobbos? gangs of hoodies and yobs? loud blasting music? their are hoodies where i live and they drive motorbikes recklly 'all the time'. im to nervous to go out there if their outside. and their there all the time. they shout at each other accross the road. i stay in because i have great anxiety and panic about going out. im waiting for therapy. the area i live in is altrincham, and altrincham is no where near as bad as some areas in manchester. but i live in a council flat and on benifits, and cant just move. so its like having to put up with a load of ' liam gallaghers' living around you. can anyone relate to this? how do you deal with it?
