How do I start a T- shirt company and how much would it cost?

I want to start an athletic wear company starting with t shirts. I have a name and logo. I have around 40 good slogans that i want to use to that show and tell what my company will be about. how much for trademark, what to use LLC, Inc, website, how much good quality material will cost etc... I want to start local then branch out nationally. Think it would work?
