What are the best low cost MBA Programs?

Everyone knows that Harvard, Columbia, Stanford, etc. are the best based on rankings, mainly because of their alumni network (not really the education). What are low cost MBA programs that are among the top 40. What do I mean by low costing? Less than $45,000 (not cheap, but much less than $100,000 for Harvard, Georgetown, etc) for two years (not each year, total).
