Does surah 8:39 apply to shia?

Sunni and Shia are outside of Islam as sects and both preach false translations and misunderstanding of Quran and should take a hint from a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dft3sFtHTho" rel="nofollow"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dft3sFtHT…/a and try to get their beliefs in line with Quran.
