Does anyone else's feel like this when 19 weeks pregnant?

Everytime I wear my bra for a long period of time (like a full day) when i take it off my are hot and really heavy feeling lol. im 19 weeks and i just noticed that is has been like this for a while. is this cause i am very heavy chested (DDD cup lol) what are yall's complaints? lol (btw mine are sore too lol)
