Which college to pick? (CA)?

Go to Humboldt. You obviously love it. I don't think future employers will doubt you because it has a stoner reputation. Most probably won't have heard of it and frankly several colleges(Brown, Reed) have that reputation but it's just not that big of a deal to employers after college.
