Has Anyone Ever Been Betrayed and Can't Forgive the Person Who Did It to You?

i have gone through things like that and i dont forgive and forget i hold a grudge easily and it stays forever. i hold it knowing the consequences and i accept them. in the end those people do nothing for me so why bother trying to fix things. so it is up to you to forgive her or not, you cant ask for help in this topic. so good luck.
