Green puss?

I recently hooked up with this girl. She is wel, we'll say well known. And yes I am a girl. But I was wondering if this is from poor hygeine or her. My secretes a fishy odor that itches. Also instead of white discharg I experience painful gooey green puss. I'm aware this isn't normal but what should I expect at the doctors and can anyone relate?
