Does anyone know the recipe for the Meatloaf Sandwich from Claim Jumpers?

I had a meatloaf sandwich from Claim Jumpers, and it was amazing. Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere near a Claim Jumpers. I am craving meatloaf, and wanted to know how to make it.
