Do African women have nicer attitudes than African American woman?

Ok I am South Asian guy. In college I found that African immigrant girls from Somalia, Ethiopia were politer than African American girls. Even the African women working in Bank of America, Burger King were nice and gave great customer service. On the other hand lot of the African American women i met were rude with customers.One of them was rude with my Chinese friend. So what are your comments? Do African women in the U.S have better attitudes than African American woman?
